Many of the reviewers appreciate the compact size when this ladder is collapsed, saying that you can take this telescoping ladder into places that bigger ladders are simply not able to go. Once you get it where you need it to be you simply extend the ladder to whatever size you need.

There was one negative review online and this person said that after about 20 uses one of the locking mechanisms came apart and the leg will no longer lock.
